Use Our Mail Server for a Pound each!

You are not in a position to lease or buy a mail server - maybe you've just started up, or are a small company on a tight budget. But you want a mail server for your business.

We'll let you use ours! Here's the proposal. You have a catchall mail address - everyone@yourcompany.com. But you want your incoming mail separated into two addresses - john@yourcompany.com and mary@yourcompany.com. And your website has an address - sales@yourcompany.com - you want mail for sales to go to John and Mary.

This is what we'll do. We'll configure our mail server to collect your mail from your ISP or web provider from everyone@yourcompany.com. Our mail server will separate mail for john@yourcompany.com, and send it to John, and Mary will recieve mail for mary@yourcompany.com. Both John and Mary will recieve a copy of mail addressed to sales@yourcompany.com. Because John is on the road, we can send his mail to, say, his hotmail account. Mary connects to the Internet and picks up her mail in the usual way. Except that she picks it up from our server.

We'll filter your mail for you - virus and spam checking. We'll even send 'Out of Office' replies when you're on holiday!

And the cost for this service - we said a pound each. No, not a pound each a message! a Pound each address a month. So the above scenario would cost you £3 a month.

The catch - there isn't one - except we'll charge you a one off fee of a pound to set it up!

Why are we doing this? Simple. If you're interested in this service, you're either a small company or a startup. Either way, you've probably put everything you've got into your business, because you believe in it. Well, we believe in you, too. We know you are going to grow, and when you do, you'll need more IT infrastucture. When that time comes, we'll have been in the fortunate position of having shown you who the best IT service supplier is!
